The safety of our guests and team members is a matter of the highest priority for us. At Hotel Augusta Vallés we strictly follow the recommendations and regulations issued both nationally and internationally. To this end, we keep ourselves updated at all times with regard to the established indications and restrictions, as well as attending to the questions and concerns that our esteemed clients may have.

We follow all safety instructions against the coronavirus.

To ensure the well-being of our guests and our staff, we have adapted our procedures and services to comply with security measures at a high level. Thus, we have taken all preventive cleaning measures in compliance with strict control standards, applicable not only to rooms and common areas but also to internal areas.

We effectively comply with hygiene standards to ensure the safety of our guests and our staff. These health and safety measures range from hand washing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to room design and cleaning procedures. In addition, we ensure that recommended distances are maintained and we provide disinfectant gel in communal areas to confirm our commitment to them.

We support all causes against Covid-19

Faced with such an exceptional situation as the one we are experiencing, the least we can do for both our society and our guests is to respect the security measures and express our solidarity. From the very first moment, we have expressed our message of support against the effects of Covid-19, and we wanted to propose some activities to do at home during the quarantine.

We would like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to all those who, in one way or another, have been affected by this unusual situation. We hope to see you all very soon, with the restoration of greater normality.
