2. BOOKINGS

You may make bookings in the following languages: ENGLISH, SPANISH, CATALAN AND FRENCH.

Follow these instructions for online bookings:

1. Enter the date you will arrive, the number of nights you will stay and the number of rooms you wish to book in the hotel to check for availability and for a quote.
2. Choose one of our available rooms and click to book.
3. Fill in the requested information. The fields marked with (*) are compulsory.
4. Read the general terms and conditions and the privacy policy and if you agree, please accept them. If you do not mark this box, the booking procedure will end without being processed.
5. Send the form. If the process has been done correctly you will receive a message at the e-mail address you provided.
6. We inform you that the electronic document generated will be filed in our system. If you wish to correct any of the data please write to reservas@hotel-alexandra.com

3. GENERAL CONTRACTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Upon clicking on “Finish Booking", Hotel Augusta Vallés undertakes to guarantee the booking unless it verifies that the data is incorrect or it is a group booking. Remember that to book more than 5 rooms you must contact the Booking Department (see “Contact” section). In the event of disguised group bookings (more than 5 rooms, done through different bookings), Alexandra Hotel Barcelona reserves the right to cancel the booking and offer you the group rates. You confirm you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in time: from 2pm. If you plan to arrive after midnight please let us know in “Observations".
Latest check-out time: 12noon.
Children welcome
If you mark the relevant box before finishing the booking you will receive a second notification to ensure availability of the specially prepared room for you comfort.


Cancellation policy
It depends on the type of booking you have made. In some cases it may be possible to cancel on the planned day of arrival, for others we must receive 72 hours notice. Check with reservas@hotel-alexandra.com
All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on events or promotions.

HOTEL AUGUSTA VALLÉS  would like to inform you that it keeps security levels of your data according to Royal Decree 1720/2007 of the 21 of December, through which the Regulation that developed Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13 of December concerning personal data protection was approved (BOE Nº. 17 de 19/1/2008), and it has set up all the technical measures within its reach to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, non-authorized access and theft of the data you give us, despite informing you that the security measures on internet are not impenetrable.

As a result, Hotel Augusta Vallés will not be liable for damages that may be caused to the user or third parties.
