What time is the room available?
Rooms are available on the day of arrival from 2 pm.
What time must the room be vacated?
The room must be vacated no later than 12 pm.
I will arrive before the room becomes available, can I leave my luggage in the luggage storage room?
The hotel has a free luggage storage service so you can leave your luggage in the storage room until your room becomes available.
How can I cancel or change a booking?

How long in advance can I cancel my booking without me being charged any cancellation costs?
This depends on your type of booking. In some cases you can even cancel on the day of arrival, in others 24 hours notice would be required.
Does the hotel have cots and extra beds?
The hotel has both cots and extra beds, upon request and subject to availability. If you are interested, you must book them by calling the hotel directly to guarantee availability. Cots are free of charge. Extra beds each cost €30/day.
What type of breakfast does the hotel offer? Is breakfast included in the price?
The hotel offers both a buffet breakfast and continental breakfast room service (with a supplement). The price per person for the buffet breakfast is €11.00, including VAT. Monday to Sunday breakfast times are from 7 am to 11 am.
Does the hotel have a garage?
Hotel Augusta has an enclosed outdoor car park for more than 100 vehicles.
Until what time can we use the hotel's car park on the day of leaving?
Up until your departure, i.e. 12 pm. If you need to leave your vehicle longer, enquire in reception about availability. We will be delighted to help you.
How do I get to the hotel?
The hotel is located in Vilanova del Vallès, exit 13 (Granollers) on the AP-7 motorway. Check directions to the hotel here.
Are credit cards accepted?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Do I need to present any documentation upon arrival at the hotel?
All people staying at the hotel must present their ID documents: ID card or passport.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
The hotel has a floor for smokers. You cannot smoke in communal areas but you can on the open-air terrace.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Our hotel does not allow pets.
Does the hotel have free Internet access?
Free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the hotel.
